Pricing to assist with 2024 Income Tax Return Submissions
Below please find our basic fee structure to assist with Individual Tax Returns.
Please note that these prices are starting prices and additional charges may apply in certain cases.

SARS Auto Assessments
from R1265.00
Note that even though SARS automatically assessed your return, the onus still remains yours to ensure that it is in fact correct.
We will review and provide feedback on the Auto Assessment raised by SARS.
Should the assessment need to be revised, additional charges may apply depending on whether the final and correct return will be classified as Basic, Detailed or Complex.
Basic Tax Return
from R1265.00
If the following applies to you:
- IRP5 Certificates - Employment & Pension
- IT3(a) Certificates - Employment & Pension
- IT3(b) Tax Certificates - Interest Earned
- Dividends Received
- Medical Aid Contributions
- Retirement Annuity Contributions
Detailed Tax Return
from R1650.00
If the following applies to you:
- Same as for Basic Return, PLUS
- IT3(c) Tax Certificates for Capital Gains Transactions
- Out of Pocket medical expenditure not submitted to Medical Aid (invoices and proof of payments to be provided)
- Travel Claims against source codes 3701 and 3802.
- Rental Income & Expenditure on property(ies) rented out
- Donations Tax Certificates received from registered PBO's
- Details of properties/investments sold (for CGT purposes)
Complex Tax Returns
from R2145.00
If the following applies to you:
- Any elements from Basic and/or Detailed Returns, PLUS
- Claims for expenditure incurred against Commission Earnings, such as home office expenses, airtime, data, entertainment, fuel etc.
- Profits/Losses on investments in cryptocurrencies where they were not held as investments
- Trade Profits/Losses as a Sole Trader
- Trade Profit/Losses from farming activities
- Distributions received as a beneficiary of a Trust
- Any other income earned not listed anywhere above
Some Additional Charges
from R475.00
The following is not included in any of the above:
- Request for Remission against penalties levied by SARS
- Additional Supporting documents requested by SARS. This included any additional documents and /or information not already requested and provided to SARS
- Notice of Objection/Appeal
- Suspension of Payment Requests
- Sorting and summarising of slips/receipts
- Updating of personal details via e-Filing
- Updating of personal details via SARS appointment
- Request for removal of Special Stoppers
- SARS telephonic follow ups
- Follow ups on refunds due from SARS
Just to Recap
- All prices above are starting prices. Should any additional work, resulting in additional charges be required, we shall advise you accordingly before proceeding.
- Fees are based on providing SARS with the standard documentation they would have requested and accepted in the past. SARS is however getting stricter each year and in certain cases they request more detailed information. Preparing and submitting this additional information will result in additional charges. As SARS is note 100% consistent with these requests, we unfortunately do not know upfront what they may or may not request.
- Any administrative work (sorting and summarising of receipts and/or summarising bank statements) will raise a per hour admin charge, of which you will be informed before proceeding.
- For Travel Claims, a SARS approved logbook needs to be provided. We can provide assistance with compiling a logbook for a minimum fee of R2750.00
- Note that should we file your return via your own personal e-Filing profile, and it is not shared with us, it will be your responsibility to inform us should SARS issue you with any correspondence.
